development, day to day operations or management, and real estate transactions. Our

contractors, marketing and media firms, accountants, legal teams, real estate agents,
financial institutions and private funding groups, consultants, medical doctors, nationally
certified instructors, massage therapists, equipment vendors, and more.

Our Process
At Spartica, the services and level of assistance we provide is determined by our client, their collective
resources, scope and scale of the project or current business, and other parties or contracted firms
involved. The Spartica process typically occurs in the following manner:
1. An initial complimentary consultation and discussion regarding your project or business, our
services, and evaluation of your needs. In order to protect the project or business details and insure
confidentiality, a non disclosure agreement may be signed before or after this conversation and initial
discovery at the request of the client.
2. Pending the level of information and project or business details disclosed, we typically request
further information, notes, materials, etc in order to effectively evaluate your project or business and
determine the steps for moving forward. We are then able to express our opinion, identify our ability to
perform or manage the project or business, and clearly define our intent and/or interest in this project
or business.
3. At this point and at the request of the client, Spartica prepares a formal statement of work regarding
the project details, your specific needs, the stages or phases suggested to move the project ahead, and
the services we will provide along with the associated fees for those services. Pending the type of
project we are working on, we may suggest using one of our concept models or turn key business
solutions and/or joint venture options with Spartica having a long term business interest in your project.
