Our fee structure below includes all of the following during a required 12 week program for each client:
1. Private Personal Fitness Training Sessions: 1 hour and 15 minutes each session
2. Fitness and Nutritional Testing: 1st week, 6th week, 12th week
3. Professional Fitness Program Design: 12 week progressive program required for each client
4. Nutritional Planning and Fresh Natural Meal Preparation: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks provided 5 days per week,
meals are cooked and sealed fresh on Mondays and Wednesdays each week
Option 1: 2 training sessions per week + meals + testing + program design = $425 per week (12 weeks required)
Option 2: 3 training sessions per week + meals + testing + program design = $575 per week (12 weeks required)
Option 3: 4 training sessions per week + meals + testing + program design = $725 per week (12 weeks required)
*Clients are required to pay in advance for 4 weeks at a time. Client is permitted to cancel and reschedule as schedule permits only

Travel Option: Chris Sobonya is available on a limited basis to travel with clients so that they may maintain their program and
fitness level while on business or vacation for extended periods. Fee is $500/day plus travel expenses including airfare, hotel, and
daily food/beverage expense of $75/day. Meals will be selected for client at each travel location based on available options.
