We have a set process indicated below that all private personal fitness training clients must follow: 1. Free initial meeting/consultation to discuss your fitness, health, and wellness needs. We review your private fitness training space and equipment. If additional equipment will be required, we will specifically determine those needs and assist in making the proper selection that you will need to purchase. 2. If we collectively agree that we are a good match, we will submit to you a formal contract of service and necessary intake paperwork for you to get started. 3. We will conduct our initial testing regarding your fitness level, body measurements, and nutritional profile. 4. We will design a training program specific to your needs, goals, objectives, and limitations using our SMART method. 5. We begin your 12 week fitness training and meal program 6. Meals are professionally prepared for you specific to your caloric needs, eating preferences, nutrient profile, goals, objectives. Meals are prepared on Monday and Wednesday and will include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks for 5 days each week. 7. We conduct the same testing requirements of week 1 at the end of week 6. Your training and meal program will be adjusted according to results and progression. We conduct a final set of testing at the end of the 12 week program so that a formal comparison of results can be created in relation to your initial week 1 testing and your goals, objectives, and limitations. 8. Client will have the option to engage for another 12 week program. We have several specific requirements for each client regarding how we conduct business. 1. Client must agree to a 12 week program. Client must pay for 4 weeks in advance. We accept check or cash only. No refunds. 2. Client is permitted to change or cancel up to 1 training session per week without penalty. Training session must be rescheduled during that week if/as Chris Sobonya schedule permits. No credit will apply to future weeks. If appointment is canceled by Chris Sobonya, credit will apply to client for a future training session. 3. We have a very exclusive number of training clients due to the schedule and demand of Chris Sobonya, we limit the number to five private personal training clients at any one time. 4. All training must be performed at the client's private fitness studio, home, or office. No training will be conducted at public facilities unless approved by Chris Sobonya and client. 5. Spartica Client lists are private and confidential, unless client approves to be used as a reference. 6. All content of this website is for informational purposes only. This information is subject to change without notice. All final fees, services, terms, and conditions will be provided to client in a formal agreement. |
