Spartica Club Certification The Spartica club certification program is designed to review, analyze, train, nationally certify, and improve the business management, operations, and customer service of managers, aerobics staff, personal trainers, support staff and more. Through an exclusive arrangement with the Exercise Safety Association (ESA) and their national trainers, Spartica evaluates the business management and operations of the health club facility and ESA trainers certify all aerobic staff and personal trainers.
